What the role is:You are part of a team responsible for the career planning, development and management of specialised naval and military expert positions.What you will be working on:- Participate in posting discussions and make recommendations to fulfil manning requirements and individual's route of advancement (ROA) and aspirations - Schedule ROA courses to support career progression vocational courses for Military Experts - Project manpower requirements and ensure healthy staffing at the unit level - Conduct career counselling for service personnel - Determine vocational streaming requirements for new entrants - Handle Early Release (ER) applications, revocations, re-enlistments, and discharges - Manage all training contract matters Challenge(s) - Balancing multiple stakeholders' demands - Engaging servicepersons and maximising individual potentialWhat we are looking for:- Prior experience in HR is preferred - Proficiency in MS Excel - Good interpersonal and communication skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
