Job Title: Manager (Casual Eateries)
Monthly Salary: UP to $5000 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Macpherson
Working hours: 5 days work week. Closed on Mondays.
Responsibilities and duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
Handle staff scheduling and performance.
Work closely with the kitchen for smooth coordination.
Manage stock, ordering, and cost control.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
Monitor sales and help improve revenue and efficiency.
Qualification and Requirements
At least 5 years of F&B management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.
Passion for local food and customer service.
