[What the role is]
You will perform daily/monthly reconciliation to promptly record payment records in the various systems and follow up with the relevant parties on any discrepancies found. You will work closely with relevant parties (i.e. PA Divisions/ government entities/banks) to ensure smooth implementation of interface between various systems and the bank for prompt and accurate payment to merchants under the CDC Vouchers Scheme.

You will work closely with relevant parties (i.e. PA Divisions / government entities/banks) to ensure smooth implementation of interface between various systems and the bank for prompt and accurate payment to merchants under the CDC Vouchers Scheme.
You will perform daily/monthly reconciliation to promptly record payment records in the various systems and follow up with the relevant parties on any discrepancies found.
You will handle reporting on statistics and matters relating to the CDC Voucher Scheme to internal and external stakeholders, including PA Management.
You will perform periodic data analytics to merchants/PA Management/other stakeholders for the CDC Vouchers Scheme.
You will liaise with relevant parties (i.e. Divisions/government entities/banks) involved to resolve any issues relating to the CDC Vouchers Scheme and assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
