The opportunity
People Advisory Services (PAS) shapes and delivers the part of business strategy that depends on people. As a PAS professional, you will have the opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address some of their largest and most complex people-related challenges, and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. We focus on engagements that relate to performance, talent, systems, reward, mobility and analytics.
Our key capabilities include:

  • Performance - effectively manage change by developing innovative, digitally centric and behaviour led strategies to support clients through transformation, encompassing operating model changes, digital/technology change and M&A.
  • HR Transformation – reimagine all elements of HR operating models including shared services, centre of excellence, organization design, incorporating new HR digital technologies and the overall improvement of HR process efficiency.
  • Talent optimization - develop data-supported workforce strategies and employee value propositions, manage talent, address people risk, develop capability at all levels, and focus on organizational development activities including culture change.
  • Rewards Optimization – develop reward and governance framework that is aligned with business strategy, ensuring the framework drives business strategy and objectives, mitigates risk elements of reward and governance work, and optimizes returns from reward components (compensation and benefits) to engender greater talent well-being and retention.

Your key responsibility
You’ll work with leading organizations to help them get the most out of their people. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to help clients improve operational efficiencies. Your commercial capabilities will grow as you drive projects lead high-profile engagements. With access to talented leaders, formal learning and a wide variety of practical experience, you’ll receive all the support you need to succeed as you balance multiple priorities:

  • Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation of effective organizational change management programs, which includes, but is not limited to, the development of an effective and holistic change strategy to drive adoption; conducting change impact assessments; and assessing change readiness alongside identifying key stakeholders
  • Work with clients to develop appropriate communications and engagement plan to support the change strategy, including navigating client environments for necessary reviews and approvals for executions
  • Highlight and address related change management and adoption risks/issues proactively with the right level of management and stakeholders, both internally and externally with clients
  • Work with clients to develop the appropriate training approach and plan, covering the training needs analysis in ensuring the right fit and delivery of required training needs
  • Promote collaboration and innovation, sharing of information and development of change management skills within the Consulting practice and with clients
  • Champion and inspire a growth mindset, as well as play an active role in the overall growth of the Consulting practice in the ASEAN region

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Psychology, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience in change management methodologies, certification as a change management practitioner, and experience working in an agile work environment will be viewed favourably
  • At least 8 years of working experience with 5 years in a client-facing consulting role
  • Possess experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, project management and leadership alignment, process improvement, cultural alignment, and communications
  • Ability to work in a high-paced role, managing deliverables and stakeholders whilst maintaining autonomy and self-motivation
  • Good communications skills, fluency in written and spoken English.

Ideally, you also have
  • Possess effective leadership, organizational, time management and analytical skills
  • Proven communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships within a large complex organization
  • Experience working in multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated curiosity and drive for thinking differently, with an ability to identify and effectively navigate obstacles or roadblocks and respectfully challenge whist remaining empathetic and patient
  • Passion to create a positive change management and learning culture, to coach and develop team members
