Assists Sector Administrator (SA) for Community Sector in the
Give administration support and provide documentation for charitable work and oversight of Community Development and Welfare Funds\' (CDWF) as delegated by CU.
Enforce compliance and communicates for regulatory requirements and policy updates affecting CDWFs
Consolidates and checks SA\'s submissions to CU.
Guides Field Governance Offices in checking CDWFs\' compliance with Charities Act/Regulations and other regulatory/statutory requirements.
Coordinates screening of CDWF governing board members, conduct of governance checks and clearance for Charities Transparency/ Governance Awards.
Administration support and documentation for charitable work
Assists in tracking CDWFs\' annual submissions and returns to IRAS on tax deductible donations (TDD).
Assists in the processing and assessment of Institute of a Public Character (IPC) applications and extensions.
Provides secretariat support to the SA to fulfill his delegated duties.
Monitors compliance of CDWFs with Code of Governance.

Works with PA Volunteer Management Division on tracking independence requirement of IPCs and term limits of governing board members, particularly Treasurers.
