Parametric is part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, the asset management division of Morgan Stanley. We partner with advisors, institutions, and consultants to build portfolios focused on what\'s important to them and their clients. This role is part of Parametric\'s hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 2-3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Client Relations Group (CRG) is a department within Parametric\'s Operations division. CRG\'s mission is to seamlessly manage all operational aspects of client instructions: from opening an account to all the subsequent account processing.
The department works closely with all areas within Parametric to deliver client service excellence, notably Sales, Trading, Portfolio Managers, Technology, and other Operations teams. The department is approximately 120 staff members working in 3 main groups called Client Operations, Client Service, and Contracts.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, APAC Client Relations Group (Vice President) in Singapore has overall accountability for ensuring the effective, efficient, timely, accurate, operations for the full life cycle of an account from account opening, onboarding, activity management, client service and account closure being processed in India and Singapore. This individual will lead the team and function through growth and change that provides for scalability while ensuring error-free work and top-notch client service.
