Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Plan and drive B2B sales of
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Maintenance) services and solutions
. Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client/project requirements. Act as main point of contact, providingtechnical expertise and client servicing
. Identify opportunities, achieve sales targets, and ensure services are rendered to specification. Coordinate with project teams and partners for compliant execution. Provide forecasts for assigned and prospective clients. Follow up on invoices and support finance on payment recovery. Lead or assist in project execution, ensuringsafety, quality, and timely delivery
.Requirements
----------------
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
7+ years of experience in MEP client servicing or project execution.
Strong knowledge ofMechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ACMV/HVAC, or related systems
. Excellent communication, proposal writing, and project coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office; project management tools are an advantage. * Self-driven, resourceful, and committed to achieving results.
