As a Manager, Clinical Quality, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Collaborate with teams and external parties to ensure adherence to clinical governance standards Implement processes to monitor and enhance the quality of patient care Develop strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate clinical risks Oversee the collection, accuracy, and confidentiality of clinical data Mentor and manage junior staff Oversee budget planning Develop and update plans for managing outbreaks and pandemics Supervise infection control measures to prevent healthcare-associated infections Plan and execute clinical audits to assess adherence to standards Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Possess Degree in Medicine / Nursing / Allied Health / Healthcare Management with experience in healthcare clinical quality related work.
