Responsible for leading a team of Cloud AEs, you and your team are the heart of our new logo sales growth engine. This team of Cloud AEs is passionate about acquiring new customers, growing the streaming data ecosystem, and developing their sales skills. You will be measured on your team\'s overall quota, new logo acquisition, and growing Confluent usage.To be successful, you\'ll be hardworking, energetic, and motivated by leading through change, driving new business, and solving problems.The Cloud AE role and Cloud Acquisition Team is a new business sales function focused on landing new Cloud Customers and growing consumption within their accounts.
