Description
Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the Business Unit by understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial/sales opportunities to grow market share.
Responsible for exploring new opportunities, whilst ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with existing customers, to ensure that their needs are being met.
Accurately forecast and develop business plans that build account revenue.
Accurately forecast stock requirements whilst ensuring target levels are maintained.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
Managing the sales team to ensure that customer requirements are fully communicated, sales targets are set and managed in a timely manner.
Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors and industry developments in relation to commercial activities) which impact the business.
Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all commercial activities and presenting on a monthly basis.
* Sales Duties - Responsible for at least one of our top 5 accounts.
