Work with project team to conduct bidding, negotiation, evaluation and supplier selection, ensure a consensus is reached for the award of each contract, optimize between price and risk (quality, schedule, contract terms), and drive for optimal TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Analysis of the supply market and develop market intelligence. Consistent survey of market status and provide recommendation to management to take relevant actions according to market trends. Supplier management and development. Ensuring proper implementation of supplier management process including phase in orout, evaluation, consequence and relationship management with site procurement. Tracking of KPI performance and develop actions to drive target achievement. Maintain monthly tracking of commodity KPI performance and identify key actions together with stakeholders and site procurement. Play the role of a challenger to common thinking and an advisor,providing a fresh perspective to proposed strategies. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related field. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a strategic procurement role in any high-tech industry or other with 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Candidate should possess a strong strategic and analytical mindset with good communication skills to build a broad business network internally and externally independently in driving success of category and supplier strategy.
