We welcome you to join our team as: MANAGER, COMMUNICATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE DIVISION (1-YEAR CONTRACT)What you will be working on:You will report to the Senior Assistant Director in the Communications and Service Excellence Division and be part of the Digital Media section. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be expected to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the website, ensuring timely updates to content, and adherence to style guides \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the social media assets, including content planning, tracking and identifying best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare relevant analytics reports; identify and track items for actionWhat we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in communications or IT-related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of practical and relevant experience in managing websites and social media channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong command of the English language \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written, spoken, presentation, interpersonal and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other design software Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
