Job Description

You are applying to be an integral part of the Central Singapore (CS) CDC\xe2\x80\x99s Communications Team. You will partake in developing, implementing and managing CS CDC\xe2\x80\x99s public and digital communication efforts. This is to promote CS CDC and garner support for its mission of Aggregating resources from the CDC\'s networks to meet community needs, Building capabilities and capacities in partners and networks, and Connecting communities to expand networks and drive community programmes. Central Singapore CDC envisions to:

• Develop and manage CS CDC\xe2\x80\x99s online platforms including Facebook and Instagram pages, YouTube channel, the CDC website, as well as any current or future endeavors to market and promote better understanding of the CDC\xe2\x80\x99s role, mission and initiatives

• Monitor, track and analyse online news/trends, and track comments on social media which may directly impact the CDC and recommend appropriate responses

• Assist the Team Leader (Communications) in conceptualising, implementing and reviewing the CDC\xe2\x80\x99s Social Media and Digital Communication Plan(s), produce creative concepts for new media, and any other form of publicity collaterals

• Build rapport, liaise with vendors, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of publicity campaigns

• Designing and quickly producing marketing communication tools, such as event coverage photography, phone app-videography in-house videos and infographics, updating of the CDC website

• Carry out dutifully administrative responsibilities such as, tracking collaterals, workshop attendance, procurement of services for the CDC\xe2\x80\x99s branding and marketing initiatives, and tracking of budget utilisation, catering food and refreshment

• Assist and represent Central Singapore CDC in cross-CDC and national-wide initiatives such as the CDC Vouchers Scheme, Law Awareness @ CDCs

• Be contactable and responsive at all times during work hours and important campaign periods

• Plan and participate in cross-team building initiatives

• Perform allocated duties as per different functions in various committees for different Central Singapore CDC initiatives
