Requirements:
5+ years of experience in
Compensation & Benefits
, ideally across regions or in a matrix org
A degree in HR, Business, or anything that made you fall in love with people + numbers
Deep knowledge of salary structures, compliance frameworks, and benefits design in India
Fluent in Excel and HR systems
Excellent communicator who handles sensitive info with discretion and earns trust fast
Naturally collaborative and comfortable engaging with colleagues across cultures
Flexible and grounded: Able to spend
200+ days/year in India
