Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Corporate Service team, you shall conduct Contract Negotiation, Risk management and ensuring compliance to A*STAR policies and procedures. This role includes, but is not limited to the following:

:

Formulate strategies and resolve contractual issues.

Communicate with various A*STAR stakeholders such as legal, and the procurement team to establish IME's contracts.

Ability to engage external vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure export control compliance.

Ability to compile, review and analyse Key Risk Indicators (KRI), as part of regular reporting to A*STAR ERM Office. Based on the KRI compiled, assist in the preparation of Risk Reports.

Familiar with Business Continuity Management planning and execution.

Ability to enforce IME governance on areas but not limited to like confidentiality, export control and risk management.

Able to maintain a high level of staff awareness via staff training, sharing session and regular eDMs.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.



Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline or minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Related certifications or good understanding on Policy Compliance, procurement, and / or specialization in agreements and contractual matters will be advantageous.

A resourceful individual with active listening skills to gather information and anticipate next steps.

A motivated individual with clear communication skills for stakeholder and management reporting.
