Job Description


Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Responsible for the delivery of the content management strategy across all client segments in the SC footprint.
  • Creation and design of compelling wealth management content relevant to clients\' needs to empower them with the knowledge and insights to make informed financial decisions.
  • Explore and continuously ideate for fresh approaches to content design that appeal to our audiences to drive content loyalty.
Business
  • Front-to-end hands-on creation of thematic and educational wealth management content across a range of mediums such as infographics, editorials, videos and podcasts suited for clients across all client segments.
  • Conceptualise and strategize to build up the SC Wealth Management brand\xe2\x80\x99s presence in existing and new content.
  • Collaborate with in-house product experts to create and publish product-related content.
  • Maintain and execute the content plans across all channels in accordance with the content framework.
  • Build effective content for various social media channels and lead initiatives to drive channel performance through content loyalty.

  • Adhere to standards of our brand governance to develop content that underpins our brand and customer value propositions.
  • Commit to timelines for content creation per agreed workflow with internal stakeholders.
Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance to controls and governance requirements.

  • Uphold high standards of conduct and governance, with a focus on fair client outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal guidelines and regulatory frameworks.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5 + years of experience in content design is required
  • A results-driven professional with an education background in the design discipline is preferred
  • Proficient across graphic design, motion, illustration and demonstrated mastery in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on content design and creation across multiple mediums like infographics, video, social media platforms
  • Proven experience as a keen storyteller with ability to conceptualize fresh approaches and new content ideas to craft stories.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Able to work independently to create quality content.
