Manager, Corporate Security

• Formulate and review company security policies and procedures aligning with authority\'s standards and changes in security operations / security threats to enhance security operation effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyse reported and detected security breaches and recommend remedial procedures/measures to management.
• Plan, implement and review effective security measures to enhance security operations effectiveness using Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA) approach.
• Formulate internal communication plans on security policies, security awareness programs, road shows/seminars.
• Conduct full spectrum security audits, exercises and investigations.
• Oversee security service providers and manage daily security operations in protected place.
• Advise, support and guide staff on security issues to ensure compliance to security policies.
• Follow up on security feedbacks / suggestion for improvement.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of security related development projects.
• Oversee premises CCTV and access control operations
• Coordinate smooth and safe visit by local government officials and foreign delegates.
• Manage and lead the respective Industrial Security Officers to strengthen security at the Business Units.
• Align security standards and best practises across entire Land Systems
• Secretariat for Steering Committee meetings and Working Group Meetings.
• Particiapte in decision making forums for policy, plans and procedures.
• Provide security consultancy to Business Units to stregthen security of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate security governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Prior experience in physical security is essential.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Specialist (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Professional Security Investigator (PSI) or Industrial Security Professional (ISP) is a plus.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders. This includes effective negotiation and representation skills.
