Job Description

Main Duties:

. Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled time, cost and quality.


. Good experience in jetting and plumbng work.


. Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day


operations.


. Co-ordinate and liaise closely with supplier and client


. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team


. To ensure projects meet client's quality standards and timely complete.


. To ensure the site comply with MOM and other government authorities


requirements.


. To develop, monitor and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites


. To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities


. To monitor the progress of projects and Update the management for any schedule variances


. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants


. Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned from Superior

Requirements:

. Min 3 years experience in similar experience in jetting services.


. Min 3 years experience in executing plumbing works


. Excellent communication and presentation skills.


. Knowledge in project management.


. Diploma or BCA MEC qualifications is advantages not compulsory.


. Should know driving and need to drive the lorry to make logistics arrangement.
