JOB SUMMARYYou will be handling the execution and delivery of the valuable services that LSEG TORA provides to clients, including: on-boarding, STP integration and management of other special projects to support the trading and operational activities of our clients. This role will require a multifaceted professional who has a strong focus on customer service, and can handle client expectations in the delivery of all committed project goals and timelines.Your responsibilitiesBecome an authority in the functionality and use of the TORA OEMS and PRMS and other industry leading products and servicesWork directly with traders, portfolio managers, back / middle office staff, brokers and other software vendors to implement solutions for our clientsCollaborate with Sales throughout the pre- and post-sales process, including discovery, setting up tailored solution demonstrations, and assessing implementation requirementsActively lead the onboarding of new LSEG TORA clients, helping to align LSEG TORA solutions to client goals and workflows, ensuring a smooth launch experienceWorking with our engineering teams, optimally define the requirements and own the straight-through-processing of trade information from LSEG TORA to downstream systems in use by clients (integration work and ongoing change management)Lead client-specific projects \xe2\x80\x93 including defining the requirements, crafting SOW documents, and project handling until completionFulfill new requests for clients \xe2\x80\x93 from new functionality in the system to configuration changes \xe2\x80\x93 within the time frames requiredAccurately record all projects and time spent using the systems and processesActively support cross-regional initiatives for clients and the team to satisfy the company\xe2\x80\x99s global goalsWhat we are looking forKnowledge of financial products and experience working in the electronic trading space, eg OMS, EMS, FIX connectivityProven experience within the financial services industry with a deep understanding of systems, applications and programsProven expertise in business analysis, project management, planning and organizationExcellent interpersonal skills in EnglishComfortable addressing clients; skilled in listening to clients to gather requirementsAbility to multitask in a multifaceted environment with a focus on attention to detailUses analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency to provide solutions and new insightsAbility to forge positive relationships with clients, partners, and within the teamJapanese language skills will be an advantageLSEG is committed to offering equal opportunities to all candidates, and working together on reasonable accommodation of needs.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
