Responsibilities

Forecasting

  • Establish business forecasting and modelling of Worldwide Shop Visits (WWSV) to support monthly and annual Customer Receipts and Sales forecast.
  • Liaise with the Operations, Production Control, Finance and PW Program team to analyse and incorporate dynamic aviation market landscape updates into the forecast.
  • Lead and align with internal stakeholders from the Customer Service, Operations, Production Control and Finance for overall forecast alignment.
  • Perform regular variance analysis to identify gaps and the impact from data change, and report out the continuous improvement process for the variance reduction to internal key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and report out monthly, annual and any ad-hoc receipts and sales on a timely matter.
Business analysis and strategy
  • Prepare Board of Directors Sales and Variance, and report out to internal key stakeholders.
  • Lead Customer Service team in pricing strategy during annual pricing exercise, collaborate with PW pricing team to optimize TOS ROS, and complete with flawless uploading of new pricings into SAP.
  • Support Pratt and Whitney Aftermarket Sales team in identifying needs and formulate sales proposals, which leverage on competitive OEM strengths to achieve valued propositions for all customers
Customer Service
  • Provide strong leadership to Customer Service team in resolution of all customer related issues, and ensure the highest quality of service, communication and product is provided in the most cost-effective manner
  • Cultivate positive customer experience culture, and drive Customer Service team to achieve consistent positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA)
  • Participate in ongoing Process Improvement Initiatives and Projects to improve turnaround time for customers and maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Other Business Requirements
  • Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
  • Participate in cost reduction projects to drive costs efficiency and profitability of the company.
  • Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical/Mechatronics or other-related Engineering disciplines from a recognized university preferred, with minimum 5 years of relevant aviation MRO experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage big data to support business forecasting and planning.
  • Expert in MS Office Applications in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Agile and highly adaptable to support quick-turn demand.
  • Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong business acumen.
  • Relevant analytics experience in Aerospace MRO or Manufacturing is a plus.
