What the role is:
You play a pivotal role in enabling Army to exploit data to develop targeted insights that can improve the performance of Army platforms.
What you will be working on:
- Utilise a data model that incorporates data from platform training, operations, maintenance and safety to conduct data analysis - Provide data analysis capabilities to provide the insights on platform performance through routine data analysis and reporting - Perform longitudinal studies for trend and impact studies of introduced initiatives - Identify lead indicators to strengthen platform safety in training and operations, using a data-based approach Challenge(s) - Synthesising data from multi-sources and provide insights to drive platform performance - Providing predicative analysis using lead indicators to inform decision maker
What we are looking for:
- Experience in data analysis work is preferred - Good analytical and critical thinking skills - Comfortable to work within a dynamic team and across various departments (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
