What the role is:
This ia a 2-year contract position as a Manager, Data in the CET Academy.
What you will be working on:
As Manager (Data) in the CET Academy of Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), you will support organisational decisions through data management and analytics for CET programmes, learners and business including:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee the collection, organisation, interpretation and management of statistical data.
Develop and implement data strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Run data analytics across qualitative and quantitative data to support organisational decisions and strategies to enhance CET learning and business, in alignment with national priorities and the SkillsFuture movement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
Design and maintain advanced reporting systems, analytics, and dashboards through data visualisation software such as Tableau and Power BI.
Ensure compliance with data governance and other regulations.
Identify and address data quality issues for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
Proven strong technical skills and proficiency in database management, data analysis tool, research and statistics.
At least 3 years of experience in analysing complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Possess high attention to details in data handling and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to convey data insights effectively.
Preference will be given to those with experience and expertise in statistical software and programming skills such as R and Python.
Knowledge in SkillsFuture and lifelong learning policies would be an advantage.
