As a
Data Scientist Manager
, you will lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver business value through advanced analytics and data-driven solutions. This role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of data science initiatives that support operational excellence and innovation, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Set clear Data Science direction and approach
on respective initiatives that align and support business deliverables for PQ pillar
Build Team Capability:
Mentor team members, develop skills, and foster collaboration.
Drive Execution:
Manage project timelines, remove impediments, and ensure quality outcomes.
Integrate Technology:
Optimize processes and enable predictive insights through data systems and technology.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with peers, senior and mid-level management to implement scalable solutions.
Leadership:
Effectively lead and present to small and large groups, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Education:
At least a Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science

Data Science

Statistics

Mathematics

Engineering

Experience:
+ Minimum
3 years of working experience as a Data Scientist
, preferably in
Quality-related projects

+ Proven track record in
data science methodologies

machine learning

Generative AI/LLM projects

+ Familiarity with
processes, systems, and solutions in the semiconductor industry
(mandatory).

Technical Skills:
