[What the role is]
You will be part of the team that is responsible for the oversight and regulation of airport operations at Changi Airport. In this role, you will also participate, contribute and support policy reviews relating to Changi Airport\xe2\x80\x99s operational capacity and concept of operations.

[What you will be working on]
As part of this portfolio, you will support an oversight of the airport service performance in relation to its standards, relevance to the changes in airport operational capacity and model and effectiveness in contributing to Changi as a leading air hub. You will contribute to the development of the airport service regulatory regime to keep pace with local and international airport development, including initiating reviews, proposing changes and effecting them. You will use digital tools to sharpen analysis and assessment of airport service and operational performance, for reviews and reporting to principals. You may need to perform secretariat and staffing roles for official trips, workshops and/or committees, as assigned.

You would also need to support the Division in its operations facilitation and monitoring duties.

[What we are looking for]
Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation sector or government policy work
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the usage of data analysis tools
• Good interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills
• Diligent in tracking tasks and timelines and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Resilient and adaptable to changing demands and needs

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
