Job Description

What the role is:You will join a team responsible for the development of parks and park connectors that will contribute towards NParks\' efforts to transform Singapore into a City In Nature, a key pillar of Singapore Green Plan 2030.What you will be working on:You will typically manage a team of consultants and contractors to deliver projects based on a stipulated timeline and budget.As a project manager, you will also be involved in public engagement and consultation with various stakeholders and approving authorities to facilitate and realise projects that meet desired objectives. You are required to manage and see through the entire project cycle that will include budgeting, cashflow management, project planning and management, contract administration (including tender calling and award), site supervision to project post-completion works.What we are looking for:Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related disciplineAt least 3 years of related working experience in managing projects will be an added advantageSelf-motivated team player, responsible and resourceful with good problem solving and analytical skillsPossess good organisational, interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptable and able to manage tight deadlines in a fast paced environmentThe successful candidate will be placed on a 9-month employment contract.
