What the role is:You manage the implementation of digital learning transformation for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) through the incorporation of educational technology.What you will be working on:You identify and determine training requirements at different levels, devise plans to transform training processes and learning workflows. Additionally, you work with various stakeholders in the implementation and enhancements of the Next Generation Learning System (NGLS). Your challenges lie in the need to complete the digital transformation of learning for entities under your purview within three years, whilst achieving process change under time constraints, securing buy-in from stakeholders, mitigating differing perspectives between various stakeholders, adhering to MINDEF/SAF\'s strong emphasis on cybersecurity requirements and lastly, integrating into a high-achieving and dynamic team.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 2 to 3 years\' experience in learning science and pedagogy. Possession of proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft is essential. Being driven and results-oriented, having the initiative and ownership to manage the digitalisation efforts and being able to work effectively as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and time management skills is required. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
