EDB\'s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team spearheads EDB\'s efforts in brand management, digital marketing, content/social media marketing and events and partnerships to establish Singapore as a trusted location for international investments.We are looking for a highly driven, motivated, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the BMC team in building Singapore\'s online presence as the preferred destination for businesses and talent and grow with us. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams (Content Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Brand, and Industry Groups) to design experiments and engaging user experience to increase conversions from SEM campaign, websites, and email programs, driving qualified leads with the potential to convert.As such, this role requires a combination of creative and analytical skills to identify areas of improvement, execute tests, and deliver actionable insights to drive promotional excellence and progressive growth strategies. If you love working with marketing technology and data to optimize online experience for self-serve buyer journeys and thrive in a collaborative, accountable environment, this is the place for you!The position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Digital Marketing.What you will be working on:Key responsibilities include:Manage EDB\'s appointed digital agencies to execute and monitor integrated search strategy (SEO & SEM) and email marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Measuring and reporting on the performance and trends of optimization efforts. Communicate findings, recommendations, and test results to stakeholders.Manage tag management systems (eg, Google Tag Manager) to ensure tags are correctly configured for SEM campaigns and maintained to track and analyse website interactions efficiently.Develop Integrated search strategy (SEM and SEO):
a) Conduct keyword research to guide content development and optimization on the websites.
b) Direct off-page optimization projects and SEO content development (e.g., link-building).
c) Recommend fixes for technical SEO issues; leverage agency audit and WoGA lighthouse report.
d) Accountable for organic and paid search traffic performance in Singapore and key markets; utilize keyword research and analytics to identify trends and insights to optimize spend and ROI.Create and Manage \xe2\x80\x9cAlways on\xe2\x80\x9d Email programs:
a) Template designs, calls-to-action testing, and curating content that drives audience engagement and conversions.
b) Responsible for email segmentation strategies such as demographics and behavioral like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
c) Accountable for the performance of email programs; utilize analytics to optimize and improve email content, targeting, and overall program effectiveness.
d) Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices & privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).Produce 5 x Web Performance Reports: 2 x half-yearly reports combining SEM, SEO, and web performance for EN website and 3 Year In Review reports (EN, CN, and JP websites).What we are looking for:A degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field is required. Agency experience is welcome.Proven experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics), SEO tools (eg. SEMrush) and marketing automation platform (eg. Eloqua).Experience with tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager), cookie consent management tools, and privacy regulations.Certification in Adobe Analytics is a plus.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO, SEM, SEO and email Digital marketing.Singaporean or PR.We review applications and interview on a rolling basis.
