Job Purpose

The Manager, Project Management will be responsible for project management of our digital solutions & applications, including coordination and completion of projectis on time within budget, quality and scope. S/he will oversee all aspects of projects with set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and track the progress of projects. S/he will also coordinate with other business units/vendors/partners to ensure all aspects of the user requirements are delivered.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of Manager, Project Management are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

• Coordinate internal business users and partners/vendors for the design, planning and execution of multiple projects.
• Drive and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within budget, schedule and scope.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop tender requirement documentation and work closely with procurement team and business users on tender specifications and provide support on tender award process
• Manage the system requirement design phase in terms of consolidation and validation of requirements by engaging internal stakeholders and tech support teams to meet project timeline
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Work closely with business users, cross domain IT team and offshore development vendor team to deliver systems according to specifications in the most cost-effective means
• Support user acceptance testing such as problem resolutions, tracking escalations and closure
• Plan and execute implementation activities, as well as support post implementation activities
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks and report on situation accordingly
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation across full project management process
• Build strong and cohesive relationships with internal stakeholders, third parties/vendors on collaborative teams
• Communicate/interface with business users and management regarding status of the project
• Follow-up and close outstanding audit findings

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Applications preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required
• Experience with project management software tools preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Prince II certification is a plus

Technical skills include:

• Basic knowledge in low code platform, cloud applications and solutions
• Knowledge of latest digital technology trends

Generic skills include:

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OFfice
• Good negotiation and critical thinking skills
