Keeping in mind our clients\' financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group\'s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.Job ResponsibilitiesThe role is part of the Private Bank, Digital & Technology Enablement (DTE) core team whose objectives are to drive and support the Digital and Technology initiatives supporting and aligning with Private Bank business strategy. The candidate will be involved in helping to shape and define the business requirements for the Private Bank capabilities roadmap initiatives; working closely with stakeholders and internal Group Technology teams to help business drive the implementation to realise the business benefits and objectives.

• To support the 3 years Private Bank roadmap and work with Bank\'s users and stakeholder to plan and drive the initiatives as part of DTE.
• Represent Private Bank as a project lead helping to bridge between user requirements and Group Technology teams in the implementation of these initiatives.
• To work with PB Front Office users to gather feedback and review ongoing enhancements and optimisations to both existing BAU systems as well as new digital initiatives.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years experience in and working on business analysis designing target state business architectures and operating models for wealth management platform for Private Bank environment and have participated in project implementation cycles for digital and technology projects and initiatives.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholders in a banking environment especially in Private Bank will and Private Bank SME in areas on portfolio management, investment advisory, trade processing & settlement, credit management, digital banking initiatives will be advantageous.
• Candidates with a technology or business architecture background and experience on digital initiatives, user journey, process enhancements and optimization will be preferred.
