What the role is:You drive MINDEF/SAF digitalisation efforts in strategic planning and transformational performance management at the functional domains to advance MINDE/SAF digital maturity.What you will be working on:On this, you explore and propose collaborative and innovative ecosystems to accelerate agile and quality capability delivery, as well as potential digital use cases that will strategically change business models, structures and processes. Additionally, you research the latest digital innovation and propose potential relevant systems for MINDEF/SAF. You also collaborate with various stakeholders to explore, propose and develop innovative solutions that provide greater value for management and staff.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 2 years\' work experience in business transformation projects, enterprise architecting, IT governance, organisation development or innovation domains. You must have good communication skills and be conversant with the capabilities of system IT, cloud computing, etc. You should also have experience in project management, project delivery or capabilities development roadmap planning. You should also be proactive, analytical, result and customer oriented and a team player. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
