Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.About the JobOffice Location: 25, Ubi Road 4, #05-01, UBIX, Singapore 408621ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the ITSM processes and delivery of IT services in ESM to ensure compliance with ITIL best practicesMonitor and manage the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance of vendors to ensure service excellence and accountabilityParticipate in the regular service review meetings, Change Advisory Board (CAB) and troubleshooting calls for major incidentsReview of the periodic service performance reports, scheduled changes or emergency changes, root cause analysis and other related documentations in service review packWork closely with the technical teams for system patching, system upgrade, change request and Disaster Recovery activitiesCollaborate with the application functional teams for enhancement and change request deploymentAddress the internal audit request on the ITSM processes and services providedManage and coordinate the major incident process and the approval of emergency request during non-core business hours and weekendsContinuous improvement and optimization of ESM service governance and deliveryRequirementsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, service delivery and application support.Excellent problem solving and analytical skill to drive the process improvementStrong leadership, interpersonal and communication, vendor management skills to work well and manage all levels internally and externallyStrong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices, ITIL certification is a plusKnowledge or understanding of Cloud technologies, automation tools and techniques are an advantageFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as SMAX or similar platformsGood command of English and Mandarin to liaise with local and oversea counterpartsAt CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our corporate values.
