Duration: Till Aug 2023 (Contract)
Workdays and Time:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Salary: $5800/month
Location: Pasir Panjang
:
- Driving the sourcing, training and deployment of liaison officers. This would include procurement and vendor management (e.g. for training and catering vendors)
- Implementation of hospitality plan and packages, including coordinating travel schedules, flights, accommodation and ground transport.
- Speaker logistics management, including ensuring the accuracy of the submitted profiles and that the speaker information is used correctly and consistently across the event
- Coordination and tracking of bilateral meetings
- Other tasks to support the logistics and hospitality team to deliver a successful event
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with attention to detail
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, dynamic and pro-active team player who is able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience and familiarity with public sector processes and/or events is a bonus
- Experience in managing events hospitality (e.g. flights, accommodation), experience in staffing overseas guests in a government environment and/or knowledge of international protocols and etiquette is a bonus
