A Day in the Life:

Lead all aspects of event safety and operational risk management, including venue compliance, emergency preparedness, and crowd management Oversee site readiness through inspections, stakeholder coordination, and licensing compliance Develop and implement escalation protocols, reporting flows, and incident management frameworks Direct event-day operations from the control room, ensuring effective communication, decision logging, and emergency response where required Provide management with risk assessments, compliance briefings, and recommendations to mitigate closure or enforcement risks

Who We are Looking For:

Degree / Diploma in Events Management, Safety & Risk Management, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale event operations, safety, or compliance Strong knowledge of SCDF Fire Code, workplace safety, and emergency protocols in Singapore Proven experience in crowd management, risk assessment, and emergency planning Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage venue authorities, vendors, and internal teams Certifications in Occupational First Aid, WSH, or crowd safety (advantageous)

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
