Job Description

Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned commercial, residential, or industrial sites. Manage, train and motivate cleaning supervisors and on-site cleaners to maintain high service standards. Plan staff schedules, allocate manpower, and arrange replacements for absenteeism. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements and NEA standards. Handle client communications, resolve complaints, and provide prompt follow-up on service issues. Manage inventory of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring cost-efficient usage. Prepare quotations, work orders, and monthly reports; monitor budgets and control expenses. * Enforce workplace safety & health (WSH) guidelines and company policies.
