The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Main duties and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Lead the project team and work closely with the various stakeholders and users, both internal and external.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with various government agencies and statutory boards during planning, design, tender and construction stages.\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors.\xc2\xb7 Plan, administer and execute projects to ensure project objectives are met.\xc2\xb7 Prepare tender documents and contracts.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and review design drawings and specifications.\xc2\xb7 Monitor construction and inspect site works for compliance and discrepancies.\xc2\xb7 Prepare, manage and administer construction contracts.\xc2\xb7 Prepare project progress reports.\xc2\xb7 Resolve disputes and conclude project accounts.\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree (Engineering or construction related).\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years relevant experience in design and/or management of building construction projects.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in drafting related and project management software.\xc2\xb7 Strong in applicable forms of contract (REDAS, PSSCOC) and good knowledge in basic legal terms.\xc2\xb7 Strong in design and project management background with a good track record of delivering projects.\xc2\xb7 Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and a good team player.\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skill with ability to work well with people with diverse backgrounds.\xc2\xb7 Able to develop and maintain sound relationship with customers (internal and external) and anticipating their needs.\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.Specialization : Exhibit Design
