Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers focused on manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions to monitor, predict, and improve manufacturing performance. Establish an effective collaboration framework with planning and manufacturing teams to identify key opportunities, metrics and solutions towards improvement of operation efficiency. Drive initiatives for data quality, governance, and integration across OI reports and applications. Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership. Implement machine learning and statistical models to support yield improvement, defect reduction, and predictive maintenance. Manage data infrastructure projects in collaboration with IT and automation teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal data security protocols. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
