The appointed Manager will serve as a support to finance partners to provide the following financial services within a Shared Services operating environment.
- Support the financial aspects of the reporting entity (RIs) that is/are assigned Financial aspects include budgeting and planning, financial and management reporting and financial analysis of the RIs
- Ensure internal controls and financial procedures are in compliance with Financial Policy and Procedures (FPP).
- Support the preparation of Audit Committee (AC) presentation slides.
- Assist in the preparation of fund management schedules.
- Liaise with other Finance Partners to obtain information / document procedures.
- Provide support to projects such as review/cleansing of data, user acceptance test.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Possess at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous.
- Involvement in system automation projects will be advantageous.
- Systematic, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines.
