We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Manager to oversee our finance, investment, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing financial operations while ensuring strategic investments align with company goals.

Role: Manager (Finance, Investment & Procurement) - 11 Months Contract (UP $6.5K)
Key Responsibilities

• Improve budget marksmanship practices by equipping line divisions with readily accessible dashboards and transaction details for their pro-active financial management including re-allocation of resources to maximise the use of funds to achieve good marksmanship.
• Plan and manage bi-annual budgeting exercise, providing budget guidance in terms of planning assumptions and timeline. Review lines submission of Operating / Capex and Programme budget, scrub assumptions / rationale and consolidate the budget requests and assess reasonableness of budget requested.
• Prepare presentation and make recommendations, if any.
• Function as Business Partners to the line divisions, offering sound advice on financial planning and management issues, programmed funding, operational issues, tax issues and so on.
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of monthly financial forecasting.
• Conduct in-depth data analytics to provide insights for financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations across all areas.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial software systems, particularly Adaptive Planning and Workday.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and financial modelling has an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with government financial systems and processes is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
