Job Description

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Prepare annual financial statements. Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data to ensure accuracy. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Liaise with tax agents for annual tax filing and declarations. Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions. Support operational activities to ensure full compliance with local tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

Tertiary education with a background in Accountancy or Business. At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, tax reporting or external audit; Knowledge in public sector accounting and/or audit will be an added advantage; Familiarity in Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Power Automate,

Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power BI and/or Tenderboard e-sourcing platform will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels; Resourceful, highly motivated with a positive working attitude; Able to work independently and is a good team player.
The position offered will commensurate with individual work experience and suitability.





Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
