What the role is:You play a pivotal role by representing the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) in providing customised hospitality packages and service delivery to foreign warships visiting Singapore.What you will be working on:On this, you design and ensure quality of tailored hospitality packages. You manage remote correspondences and coordinate delivery for associated requests. You also conduct service delivery training and manage service delivery by the Liaison Chiefs of the Section. In addition, you monitor visitors\' feedback and satisfaction metrics to implement improvement initiatives. Your challenges lie in maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy while addressing time-critical issues.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Political Science or International Relations. Prior experience and knowledge in defence relations related is advantageous. You must be able to carry yourself well, be professional, responsive and possess empathy to meet the needs of time-critical issues. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
