We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our team. This position is required to execute fast and deliver results within a deadline. Here are the details of the job responsibilities :

Preparing Financial Models for FP&A

• Oversee all financial management, accounting, and statutory reporting processes
• Drive accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting quality
• Implement financial control frameworks, policies, and processes in accordance with local/international accounting standards.
• Build out a strong treasury, audit, and tax function to ensure compliance and clean year-end checks
• Ensure regulatory compliance, partnering with the Head of Compliance and participating in licensing requirements where required
• Support the management team in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
• Develop different financial models to analyze the business and evaluate strategic opportunities
• Working closely with the business owner to understand the business value, analyze the business proposal and give recommendations
• Monitor and track budget with actuals, analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and produce financial reports/performance for regular management reviews
• Perform a cost analysis process, do a cost efficiency improvement and cost control without major impacts on business operations
• Manage key deliverables including creating analyses, overseeing execution, and identifying next steps in the process flow
• Create investment thesis or creation summaries and presentation materials to communicate recommendations to senior management and other internal stakeholders

Investor Relations & Corporate Development

• Drive and support the investor reporting process, including the preparation of investor presentations and addressing adhoc investor queries
• Manage investor CRM, prepare executives for investor meetings
• Making Board / Committee presentations
• Assist in all aspects of Investor Relations, including developing the fundraising pitch to potential investors, assisting in due diligence, and closing & integration activities.

Requirements

• Master\'s degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent educational background) or MBA
• 3-5 years, of background in investment banking, fundraising, deal advisory, or management consulting. Proficient in business understanding and financial modeling
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with great communication skills: can articulate issues well, can communicate issues to non-finance in a simple yet effective manner
• Global or multinational business experience is an advantage
• Prior exposure to ERP software such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of the activities performed in the entire finance function
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PPT preferred
