DESIGNATION : Manager, Fresh Grocery Marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking to hire a customer-centric and passionate Fresh Grocery Marketing manager. You will lead in conceptualizing execution plans, based on the agreed overarching strategy to influence shopper behaviour and stimulate demand for our focus categories within the fresh portfolio. Execution plans will be throughout the consumer journey, commencing from before stepping into the store, in-store journey to post-purchase, to effectively convert a shopper to increase their basket value of fresh and default to FairPrice for all fresh shopping needs. You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally (Products, Channels, and Customers divisions) and externally (Creative, Media, and Production agencies) to help develop and deliver integrated fresh grocery marketing plans based on shopper and category insights.
