DESIGNATION : Manager, Fresh Grocery Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking to hire a customer-centric and passionate Fresh Grocery Marketing manager. You will lead in conceptualizing execution plans, based on the agreed overarching strategy to influence shopper behaviour and stimulate demand for our focus categories within the fresh portfolio. Execution plans will be throughout the consumer journey, commencing from before stepping into the store, in-store journey to post-purchase, to effectively convert a shopper to increase their basket value of fresh and default to FairPrice for all fresh shopping needs. You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally (Products, Channels, and Customers divisions) and externally (Creative, Media, and Production agencies) to help develop and deliver integrated fresh grocery marketing plans based on shopper and category insights. Key Responsibilities This role drives revenue growth and elevates the shopping experience with:

  • Strategic Program Development:
  • Translating insights into integrated programs.
  • Creating innovative omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Developing and executing fresh communication plans.
  • Collaboration and Partnership:
  • Partnering with Channels Marketing teams to sell-in marketing programs.
  • Partnering with Channels Operations teams for joint business planning.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Products and various Marketing functions.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders (e.g. advertising agencies, government agencies, SFA, local farmers).
  • Category Strategy communications development:
  • Working closely with the Fresh Category Task Force & Products.
  • Delivering relevant category and shopper strategies mid-stream.
  • Ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in all plans.
  • Data and Insights Utilization:
  • Commissioning and leveraging new shopper research and data resources.
  • Using insights to invent new solutions and optimize existing ones.
  • Managing the Medallia platform and supporting various business units
  • Holistic Growth Approach:
  • Using Fresh Grocery Marketing programs as key enablers for holistic business plans.
  • Leading growth strategies across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Supporting festivity campaigns and format reinvention.


QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of 5 years in Marketing (Consumer/B2C Marketing)
  • A trade marketing background is highly preferred
  • Strong skills in Consumer Marketing, Communications, Technology, Media, and understanding of omnichannel commerce
  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of local marketing and communication strategies; possesses superior skills in brand management, marketing communications (including digital and social media), media planning, content marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of data and consumer insights to create compelling communications to different segments/users
  • Proven ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and other functions in a highly matrixed organization
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
