KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our ideal candidate must be able to crunch data, proactive, a strong communicator and influencer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment. Possess excellent analytical skills, knowledge and experience with weekly reporting and has an outgoing personality.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution networks with strong numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills. Good understanding on complex data retrieval, scrubbing, processing and analysis.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible to work collaboratively with Sales & Distributors and across Supply Chain team (IBP, Inbound, Warehouse, Distribution and Transport Team).
  • Work closely with stakeholders in warehouse management and collaborate to implement optimization of route to market in compliance to safety measures.
  • Develop and lead a fulfilment fleet as the scale and complexity of operations increase.
  • Ensure efficiency in daily operations for fulfilment.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement process by introducing new strategies with the objective to improve the operations of the Fulfilment Fleet.
  • Manage all 3PL and vendors to ensure that daily operations meet the on-time-delivery and SLA agreement.
  • Identify opportunities and joint initiatives to improve overall service level and costs to key customers and stakeholders.
  • Project management such as identifying challenges and recommending resolution for service levels optimization and supply chain efficiency, or cost reduction.
  • Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
  • Set departmental objectives/KPIs, review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
  • Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environment policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience, especially with Inbound operation or Import Logistics management, domestic logistics, order management and fulfilment, inventory management and other supply chain management.
  • Knowledge in Food Trading and Supply Chain, especially in the area of Imports procedures, taxes and port operation.
  • Experience and familiar with cold chain warehousing, storage and management.
  • Able to work independently and effectively with various level of people.
  • Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
  • Strong in planning, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong in analytical skill with good attention to detail.
  • Must have a customer-orientated approach.
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Open and willing to work in the west of Singapore
