We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Group Wholesale Banking and Market Operations provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Job Responsibilities

• Providing support of day-to-day processing of FX / NDF / MM / Derivatives and Fixed Income products for Overseas Branches
• Follow up on outstanding confirmation, trade settlement instructions, chasing and matching
• Attend to queries from both internal and external clients
• Liaise with front office / external parties to ensure accurate trade capture / confirmation / settlement and to raise escalation timely
• Monitor and check fixings and settlements
• Ensure that non-receipts / non-payments of funds are monitored, follow-up and resolved
• Review and submit monthly statistics, including but not limited to transaction volume, dealer errors, outstanding trade confirmations to management
• Assist in UAT and other projects

Job Requirements

• Able to work all shifts (on rotation) supporting Overseas Branches
• Afternoon shift: 3pm to 12.30am
• Night shift: 9pm to 6.30am / 12am to 9.30am
• Able to work on Singapore Public holidays
• May require working on weekends for projects/UAT
• Degree in Economic/Finance/Management or experience in the banking industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of treasury settlement operations experience
• Knowledge in SWIFT
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills and team player, required for an effective liaison across multiple internal stakeholders
• Risk awareness and attention to details / meticulous and strong follow-up skills
• Time management and ability to prioritize effectively based on the risk and time criticality
• Highly driven and able to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment
• Innovative mindset and able to improve processes to minimize risk and increase efficiency
