Job Description
This leading organisation is looking for an experienced Vessel Scheduler to join their Vessel Management team in Singapore.In this role your primary responsibilities will include:
- monitoring vessel schedules to ensure all is as planned or review any changes
- managing service and vessel schedules and updating contingencies planned in advance
- carrying out research and analysis to ensure smooth and safe operations of vessels
- managing vessel bunker consumption to ensure all is on target
- assisting with slot cost settlement
- gathering port and berth information (conditions, charges, etc)
- coordinating and negotiating with partners to meet internal requirements
- coordinating with internal departments (Trade, Marketing, Equipment, Stowage, Regional Operations, etc).
