  • To drive the mission of Go Green in Singapore by improving awareness and adoption of GoGreen solutions and technologies and facilitating GoGreen projects and training initiatives.
To support the regional APAC GoGreen lead in implementing an overall APAC sustainability strategy, by driving key regional initiatives in the areas of awareness building, capability development and strategic innovation projects.Overall Sustainability Program Management
  • Implement the DPDHL environmental sustainability agenda across DSC SG
  • Work with Regional GoGreen Lead as well as country management (OE, Operations, Finance) to set annual sustainability priorities, targets and metrics.
  • Partner with multiple teams across the company to implement actions to achieve sustainability targets.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for the program and present progress management reports
  • Represent SG in DSC APAC regional-level sustainability/GoGreen discussions. Participate in the roll-out of regional GoGreen initiatives as required.
GoGreen strategic projects
  • Own the strategy and roadmap in Singapore for longer term objectives such as renewable electricity transition.
GoGreen solutions adoption
  • Work with procurement, real estate and regional GoGreen team to build and enhance DHL\'s green technology vendor catalogue.
  • Develop and execute training plans to ensure that internal business partners (e.g. Business Development, Solution Design, Operations) are aware of GoGreen solutions and best practices, and are incorporating them in new and existing business.
  • Work with operations to identify GoGreen opportunities and assist them with initial site assessment and technology matching based on GG toolkits and published materials.
  • Raise awareness of GoGreen solutions and best practices across the Transport team. Provide them support as required to help them achieve the following objectives:
- Introduction of electric vehicles
- Promotion of sustainability standards across transport subcontractors
- GoGreen minimum standards adopted across existing owned fleet
- Use of bio-fuels where feasiblePromotion of sustainability culture in the organization
  • Serve as an overall ambassador both internally and externally to promote a sustainable workplace and service to our customers
  • Promote an environmentally responsible culture throughout DHL offices and sites, drive community projects, involvement, and volunteering activities with partner organizations.
  • Facilitate trainings working with HR to drive completion rates for Certified GoGreen Specialist training in accordance with global and regional targets.
Customer specific programs
  • Coordinate reporting of carbon footprint/energy consumption/key technologies (e.g., LED, Waste Balers, HF charging) for the business and customers in conjunction with regional and global DSC GoGreen teams.
  • Provide sustainability related responses for external requests such as customer RFQs. Coordinate with regional and global GoGreen teams where required, to provide feedback for customer proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Experience in managing organizational change and business improvement initiatives
  • Prior work experience and knowledge within the sustainability industry
