Manager
Pre-Professional Education, NHG Group Clinical Education
(Singapore - NHG HQ)

NHG Group Clinical Education invites suitable candidates to join the Pre-professional Education Office (PPEO) as a Manager. The PPEO oversees the clinical training of students in NHG and provides the learning environment necessary for quality health professions education and training for Singapore's next generation of healthcare professionals.
Reporting to the Assistant Director/Manager (PPEO), the incumbent plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting the operations and administrative aspects of pre-professional clinical training. The incumbent would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives. Other duties and projects may also be assigned, in accordance with the aspirations and competence of the incumbent to the needs of the project.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the NHG healthcare institutions, Ministry of Health, and Post-secondary Education Institutes
• Prepare the annual audit, report submission and budget
• Ensure utilisation of funding meets the required parameters
• Process billings and submission of accruals
• Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and effective operation of clinical training programmes
• Provide secretariat and logistical support to meetings and tracking of deliverables
• Review the MOU/agreements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Prior work experience in a similar role and/or healthcare industry or education administration is preferred
