Manager, Group Finance
Job Description
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial reports across all operating divisions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Collaborate with Financial Accountants to maintain a consistent and comprehensive information base.
Develop long-term management forecasts by interpreting projected trends and economic forecasts.
Prepare Group consolidations, financial reports, and statutory financial statements.
Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation.
Handle specific ad-hoc projects as needed.
Design and document financial processes for improved efficiency.
Lead efforts to automate financial reporting systems.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in management accounting, with expertise in general accounting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Professional certification (CPA/CA) is required. Demonstrated skills in financial forecasting and liquidity management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to effectively analyze and communicate complex financial information. A collaborative team player who can also work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple, time-sensitive tasks. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
