Manage the overall operations in resource planning to meet regulatory requirements by CPE and other internal policies and procedures. Work closely with both academics and University Partners to ensure programme delivery is effective and students are provided a good learning experience.

Accountabilities:
HE Programme Delivery: Oversee support systems and delivery operations are carried out in accordance with course requirements and CPE regulations. Operation Coordination with University Partners and Head of Programmes/Academics: Maintain good relations with university partners on data transfer, review of operational concerns, resolve pertinent issues and suggest improvements. Communicate timely updates and changes to key stakeholders including students and staff. Organise events to host university partner visits and facilitate interaction with students. Lecturer Management: Oversee sourcing, selection and approval of qualified lecturers together with Head of Programme/Course Leader or Academic Development staff. (as applicable) Process Innovation: Review and innovate existing systems and processes so that digitalisation and automation will aid in achieving cost effectiveness. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Monitor that the budgeted revenue and surpluses are met. Take necessary measures to achieve the financial targets set for the department. Class Scheduling and Assessment Management: Plan the recommended delivery structure, program assessment plan in consultation with the Head of Program/Course Leader. (as applicable) Student Management: Communicate and engage with students in a timely, friendly and nurturing manner; and encourage them to be ambassadors of SIM.

Marketing and Recruitment: Engage and support colleagues in Student Recruitment Group (SRG) with marketing and recruitment efforts. People Management: Oversee manpower skills and resources to ensure team efficiency, effectiveness and engagement. Programme Review: Study data and reports and make recommendations as necessary at internal and external Programme reviews. Benchmarking: Prepare reports to support benchmarking.
