Manager, HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
Organizational Design and Effectiveness
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to realize/
revise/ realign business strategies into actions that deliver results and drive
organizational effectiveness
\xef\x82\xb7 Guide business in Job Evaluation and Role Development initiatives
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify gaps and make recommendations for continuous improvement to drive
excellence

Strategic Workforce Planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive talent strategy connected to the business strategy and growth
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborates with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between
regional business / people strategy and local people strategy and related HR
initiatives
\xef\x82\xb7 Translate current and future business needs into overall integrated strategic
workforce plan, leveraging on data analytics, industry benchmarks and trends
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner on talent acquisition and mobility efforts for senior/key leadership
positions
\xef\x82\xb7 Guide leaders on Total Rewards strategies that support business outcome

Organization Culture and Change Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide change and organizational transformation leadership
\xef\x82\xb7 Support culture change in partnership with the business leadership
\xef\x82\xb7 Apply Project Management and Change Management processes to strategic
projects and initiatives

Leadership and Organizational Development
\xef\x82\xb7 Leading and supporting organizational development strategies including
leadership development, change management, coaching, work-climate studies
and teambuilding
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner in identifying the organizational capabilities required to execute the
business strategy
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop Career Pathing and competencies

Talent Management and Performance Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and develop talents, develop succession plans and manage the talent
pipeline within the business
\xef\x82\xb7 Deploy Talent Programs and Outreach

Employee Experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversees the most complex employee-relations issues in the whole employee
life cycle
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensures the various HR operating mechanisms and initiatives within their client
organizations are effectively addressing key business issues and needs
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner in employee engagement implications and interventions
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide counsel on employee communications with leadership
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees to drive the People Agenda
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees on total rewards and sales
incentive plans
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with
legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant
policies and guidelines
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure local compliance and statutory HR requirements including Industrial
Relation

Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Business partnering experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skill
\xef\x82\xb7 Meticulous and well organized
